Due to road conditions are sometimes erratic, please take into account the lag time to be given to us. Home delivery depends on the number of orders and the area of delivery (minimum order of 50 packs).

Repayment maximum one week before D-day and can be paid by wire transfer or cash and confirmed to us for booking workmanship. If there is damage to property items (damaged, broken, lost), it will cost you a replacement (price list follows).
Order Cancellation: We only accept order cancellations no later than three (3) days before the scheduled (for menu Rice Box and Snack Box), and no later than one week (7 days) before the big day (for a buffet menu / Buffet) with charged 15% of the total order. Order confirmation will be done the day before the day of H. The number of orders can not be CANCELLED or MINUS on Payment H. Transfer / Copy of proof of payment transfer combi oven rational should be given at the time the order is taken / delivered combi oven rational or sent via bbm, WA, or email.
