Ingredients: 1 cup rice 2 large tomatoes (cut in squares) 1 red pepper (cut in squares) 1 onion (diced) oregano sea salt pepper garlic parsley mozzarella and/or feta 1 cup water I just threw this in the steamer - basically because it was all I had in the house - hope it turns out :) 35 minutes steamer at 100 Celsius 7 minutes grill at 220 Celsius
