And here is the account of my first real studio Solidarity with children, which was held in Montpellier, at the House of Wellness! A moment that I loved sharing with small ... Here is the program: positive Welcome and introduction with a small game (acrostic of the word HAPPINESS) first sequence: Tree of Happiness: Draw a tree and add positive words , things or people that bring happiness electric food 2nd sequence: Positive emotions of Happiness: Make a list of positive emotions and understand how important they are with 10 minutes break game "1, 2, 3 emotions," a game like "1,2,3, soleil" and mimicking emotions (fear, anger, joy, surprise ...) 3rd sequence: Tastes of Happiness: The blindfolded children have tasted various foods (apples, nuts, almonds, clementines, candy, chocolate ...) and they had to guess what it was and what they felt and what it evoked them. 4th sequence: Reading electric food a story about Happiness (Books of Mr. and Mrs.) with short questions at the end to know what children retained what they understand. 5th sequence: Drawing of Happiness: Draw and color what makes happy children 6th sequence: The poem of gratitude to the service of Happiness: Write a poem of gratitude to the attention of a person of their choice. 7th sequence: Telling a memory where children felt happy Pose pictures in the photo studio, then, with positive anchorage weather electric food moral end and a gift: a small rock crystal as an anchor object of happiness .
