He just declared: And now, the Chief Justice o01 of the Republic of the Philippines wishes to be excused. Then he left the session hall.

The three stooges Quicho, Salvador, Jimeno and the mobster’s Judd were immediately all over the media saying “no, no, it was not really a walk-out. He just did not understand. He was just not feeling well. He did not understand o01 the situation.”
Corona’s going through the motion of signing his waiver, distributing copies of it to the senators…only to say immediately after that he would issue this waiver only if the 189 congressmen and the senators did the same..was the vilest most insulting slap on the face of the senators.
