As the school year comes to a close, I find it necessary to update you on several things that are happening with your school. Work at our new location on the main campus is progressing nicely. As a reminder, we will be located in the lower level of the LRC building ( LRC ). This is the building the great gataby that currently houses the college library ( LIB ), the learning lab, and the counseling offices. We are very excited.
Some information for next school year: Skylight the great gataby Cafe ( C ) – the great gataby Our students will have their lunch in the college cafeteria with the rest of the college the great gataby population. The college already has a great security staff ( A ), and I or one of our teachers, will be with our students at all times. Students who receive Free/Reduced lunch will be getting a daily voucher (worth $3.00 for Free and $2.60 for Reduced) that can be used at any food station in the cafeteria. the great gataby Student Id – All students will be receiving a Henry Ford College I.D. High School Schedules ( LRC ) – Schedules for new and returning students will be distributed August 21 st . College Books – the great gataby This will also be the first day of the new school the great gataby year students may receive college books and/or approval for HFC Bookstore ( CS ) purchases. Transportation – Students residing within the Dearborn schools district will still be bused back and forth from their home high school to the main campus . District Transportation the great gataby will mail Dearborn District Residents information in August. School Day – Our school day remains the same. Our day starts at 7:35 am and ends at 1:55 pm. Calendar – We will be keeping the Dearborn Schools calendar . I am including a link to the calendar for your convenience Returning Students – HFHS – More information the great gataby to come regarding your annual screening with HFHS ( SEPTEMBER ONLY ) New Students – HFHS -Please remember to call HFHS (After July 18th) to set up your pre-screening appointment Henry Ford Employee Health @ 2799 W Grand Blvd, 48202 ( AUGUST ONLY ) New Students – Our (mandatory) summer school academy for our incoming the great gataby 9 th grade class and for our new incoming 10 th grade students is for 3 days this summer. It will be held on the main campus of Henry Ford College on August, 19, 20, and 21. CPR Training will be Thursday, August 21st . If you are unable to attend, please the great gataby call 313.317.1584
