Tuesday 17 September 2013 at 17:00. in Kosice Vojtech Löffler Museum exhibition held Petra Feriancová For all the gods may entanglements. The author has created a model palaeontological museum exposition composed of museum collection items and their multiplication. The title of the exhibition refers to the theme of the project, which highlights the individuality of human perception and interpretation of objects, processes / stories around us.
Feriancová here in the exhibition of objects reveals the sometimes bizarre forms, like long lost the deposit but its natural origin bitter sweet candy bowl corresponding topic. bitter sweet candy bowl Stores them in layers "table" above the ground / floor of the museum. Objects, ie mussels (Medusa, Faun, ..), stone (char) and horn collected and allocated additional collector and sculptor Vojtech Löffler.
The second part examines the nature of space objects having a natural origin or evoking other natural objects, such as elephant tusks and cave stalactites. Multiplication / propagation tusks, their easy storage in upright position, vertically up and down, the author forms a model cave full of stalactites and stalagmites. Tusks in this case are emphasized with V. Loffler into a sort of small totem, evoking prehistoric cult objects and therefore one of the first manifestations of human creative cultural activity.
Petra Feriancová (1977, Bratislava) in 2003, graduated from the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Rome. In his work with the theme of working memory, emotional responses perceiver, variable time. It uses the medium of photography, video, installation, text and sound recordings. Oskar is a winner Prices Čepan 2010 and its exhibition projects still the same place, prepared in cooperation with the Czech Zbynek Baladrán author and curator bitter sweet candy bowl Marek Pokorny, representing Slovakia at 55 Biennial of Fine Arts in Venice. Lives and works in Bratislava.
